A: We are a factory with 3 manufacturing facilities and over 14 years of machining experience.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. For non-stock items, it is 15-20 days depending on the quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?
A: Yes, we can offer samples for free; however, the customer is responsible for the freight costs.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments under 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments over 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment.
Q: Can you manufacture custom gears based on drawings?
A: Yes, we specialize in non-standard items and can produce all kinds of gears according to client drawings and specifications.
Q: What markets do you mainly export to?
A: Our products are mainly exported to the Europe, America, and Middle East markets.
